My 2 1/2 year old grandson was seen there recently, the staff was wonderful and he received treatment without having to go to the ER
The entire staff was very kind and thorough with my croupy 2 yr old. I was alone with my sick 2 yr old and hungry 3 wk old so definitely stressful and everyone was helpful to me and super sweet to my 2 yr old.
Can’t even describe my experience as one never occurred. I called to ensure the office was open and I was assured they would be by the time we would make it just to find out they closed an hour before we got there. Communication needs to occur to the online booking system of when they are opened or closed if they aren’t going to adhere to their hours of operation.
