My child was only there for less than a week and I insisted she came home. It was not helpful for her at all, and she even came home with an injury to her foot from their negligence. Do not recommend.
Went here three times for mental health struggles, I was about twelve whenever I went and stayed inpatient, I had a broken leg and no one helped me do anything so I was basically crawling around my room to get things, when they did eventually give me a wheel chair they let the other kids push me around and tip me back they even took my boot off WAYYY to early. This place is horrible I wouldn’t recommend anyone sending no one here. The staff is so unprofessional the doctors don’t communicate with the family. They lose people’s belongings such as clothes shoes important paperwork.the staff is very verbally abusive it’s really sad.
JCPS did a mobile assessment, cause they said that could help me get services faster for my autistic son. LIES NEVER have one done. The hospital recommend inpatient for a 9 year old child for pica disorder. When I refused they called cps on me. I've raised my kid their whole life. They met him once and know what's better? Right this hospital is a joke and so is the woman who lied and said nobody is calling cps.
