I went into premature labor and they sent me home and told me God will handle it. A week later he was born safely in another hospital. Them people are evil

This hospital has some of the worst hospitality service in the Bronx. The staff is rude and seem as a matter of fact about medical issues that appear to be important. My mother went for a heart blockage and was put in a room with a patient with obvious covid symptoms. 2+ years my mother has avoided covid by masking and isolation from the public. She is in lady of mercy for 4 days and now has covid. To add insult to injury, she cannot have her procedure because she has covid which she caught from going to the hospital. I WOUL... read more

Had my son there 18 years ago. Horrible experience. My son was ok but they treated me horribly. Had a C-section and seems as if I didn't get enough pain meds. I was in so much pain. Nurses were rude. Hopsital was just ghetto. I was young and inexperienced at the time but this experience made me expect more from a hospital. If staff is rude or I don't like something I go somewhere else. I refuse to have a bad experience like that again. It haunted me for years.

Almost died in this hospital 22 years ago when I had my son. The nurses were horrible and rude! Will never go there for anything!
