I submitted a complaint against the Emergency Room Nurse. She not only pushed conspiracy theories on me she told me I shouldn’t take a prescription that the Doctor ordered. I have not heard back and I expect a response, please.

This place is a disgrace. My mother was on Seton 2 for about a week and the nurses were extremely rude to her. I could pick out maybe 1-2 that were MAYBE halfway pleasant. Other than that they were so rushed. Anytime she had to use the bathroom she would get attitude from whoever was helping her. It’s so extremely sad to see what nursing has turned into. At the ER Dept. From the front desk, to the triage nurse, to Dr. Hill, to the informative young lady doing the ultrasound, to discharge, Professionalism, patience in listening and true interest in my health concern. This is how health care is suppose to be.

AWFUL. Say 9 hours with kidney infection no fluids no round of antibiotics even though an IV was placed. They kept closing wings of ER down and moved me several times. No one checked on me I laid in the room unsure of what was going on after having all the tests and then 9 hours later a NURSE not a doctor came in with discharge papers but was unable to explain anything or go over test results. Completely unprofessional, uncaring and would not recommend.
