The RN Sijjad in the ED is absolutely amazing! He is kind, personable and a wonderful nurse! You can tell he is there for each patient and not just a paycheck! Thank you for your hard work and dedication to your patients!
Update: They transferred the prescription over to my pharmacy, but they didn't release the original order and return to stock on their end. So now my insurance won't cover it until the 27th because it shows as already being filled. I feel like at this point, someone is intentionally being petty. I went in today for severe swelling in my hands. They specifically asked me which pharmacy to send the prescription to. I told them, and they sent it to the wrong pharmacy anyway. Unprofessional
I went to the ER in so much foot pain I could hardly walk. The wait time in the waiting room was short. The nurses and nurse practitioner were excellent. They wouldn't let me leave until my pain was tolerable. I appreciate them so much!
