This place has been a nightmare since we arrived 27 hours ago. 27 hours, and my mom is still waiting for a bed. I am going on 2 hours of sleep in the last 30 hours, and I can't go home to nap because I don't trust the staff with her care. We have been treated so poorly by the 3rd shift staff. At one point she said her blood pressure cuff was too tight. I then watched the nurse pull that cuff as tight as it would go, and my mom yelled out in pain. Been in the waiting room for 3 hours and all they are doing is checking people in and calling people every 45 minutes I feel bad for the other people because they have people with iv bags sleeping on chairs
Stay away... The WORST experience I've had in an ER Brought in my son for an injured shoulder. They did an xray within 10 minutes. Then sent him back into the waiting room. 1 hour goes by, 2 hours, then 3, 4... At that point NO ONE in the waiting room was called back. I only heard from the other patients that there was only one doctor and the wait was at least 8 hours. Like a fool we waited, hour 5 then 6, by now it was 5am, my son was exhausted and freezing in the ridiculously cold waiting area so we left after over 6 hours... read more
I definitely do not recommend coming to this hospital. The service is terrible. The young Black woman at the front desk doesn’t even try to understand people and offers absolutely no help. It feels like they just leave you there waiting no matter how serious your situation is. I waited 7 hours just to get one vaccine. Absolutely unacceptable.
The RN Sijjad in the ED is absolutely amazing! He is kind, personable and a wonderful nurse! You can tell he is there for each patient and not just a paycheck! Thank you for your hard work and dedication to your patients!
