I was treated from the very bad bee sting reactions and they were very fast and attentive. I walked out with smile. Thank you Dr.(sorry I forgot name) who have a great energy and caring attitude, nurses. I am much better now.🙏

My 7 year old woke up in the middle of the night with a lot of pain in a certain part of his body. Whatever we did to help him was not solving the problem. So we went to Guthrie Lourdes ER around 1 am on Wednesday last week. Initially very skeptical because of the mixed reviews but everything went more than well. The check-in process was quick, only a couple minutes wait until the triage nurse Alice took us in. I was doing very very poorly over the fall where it was obvious to anyone who had eyes I was very ill. The Dr told me my blood tests showed an infection but that he wasn't going to do further testing and to follow up with my Dr. By the next day my Dr took one look at me and my tanked BP and immediately called 911. Turns out I was now in septic shock. I was brought back to the er and eventually admitted for being so sick. Terrible billing system. Trying to bill me for services they claim they found about a year ago. Terrible customer service. Terrible everything.
