I took my son there last night for an emergency he had had surgery two and a half weeks ago on his finger and was still in agony. His stitches were taken out 3 days ago in the office and the pain had only intensified his finger swelled and we could not get the swelling to go down or the pain under control even though he was taking Percocet, 10 mg. My wife has pneumonia and wasn't getting better . We came here a week ago and it was ok. Today we have been here 3hrs an 30 min. Staff is very rude. Still hasn't talked to a Doctor. I don't know why anyone would come here.
The staff themselves were fine, but the overall service was unprofessional and inefficient. I waited over an hour just to see a doctor. After being told I needed a CT scan and blood work, I had to wait again — and even while I was about to get the CT, another patient was taken in ahead of me. On top of that, I ended up waiting in the hallway because they needed more rooms for other patients. For a hospital of this size and reputation, the experience was extremely disappointing.
I was treated from the very bad bee sting reactions and they were very fast and attentive. I walked out with smile. Thank you Dr.(sorry I forgot name) who have a great energy and caring attitude, nurses. I am much better now.🙏
