I took my mom to Fatima emergency room today, 9/3/25 and everybody there was so helpful and nice including: Jenn M, Aly, Tania, and Elimerin. Thank you ladies for taking good care of my mom!

Went in voluntarily to receive medical assistance For nausea, and dehydration. Was locked in a basement ward with no windows or clocks. No clothes or belongings, and had my blood and urine tested for drugs and alcohol. For 5 hours. Then they said I wasn't intoxicated and listened to me finally. But at that point I wanted to go home, seeing as I went in for help and got locked up for reasons I cannot fathom.
We were here for the same reason early Monday morning and we were taken care of within 3 hrs. Blood work CT scan. Had to come back on Wednesday and have been here for almost 6 hrs and still have to have more blood work done!! This is unjustified!!
Nurse are awesome but doctors are horrible just thinks your a drug addicted or alcoholic even though u have no history went in with 180 /109 with chest pain an history of heart problems did nothing not even a aspirin than sent me home with same blood pressure saying come back if no improvement an no heart medication I guess doctors is beyond themselves all they care about is saving the hospital money and how much the next checks will be but again it's not nurses so don't blame nurses it's the doctors
