0 stars if I could. Don’t come here past 5 pm especially if you are in critical need. Staff is unserious and Dr. on site is clearly incapable of meeting emergency room responsibilities/demand They need more PA’s and Doctors not so many nurses sitting around doing nothing. Terrible environment I feel for the many other patients who had been waiting 4+ hours to be seen. Also I guess their system had gone down at one point during the visit and they just stopped working literally no sense of urgency to assist those in need just ... read more

Came in on Saturday at 2:30pm and was hopeful to be seen somewhat quickly as there was only one other person in the first waiting area. An hour later, after seeing two patients leave, I was moved into a second waiting area and have been sitting here for well over another hour. There is literally no one around, paitents or staff. I have yet to see anyone other than the front desk woman and the initial triage nurse. I can only imagine I'm going to wait another hour after I actually get into a room. I had a surprisingly wonderful experience here. I walked in thinking I was having a heart attack, and learned I was really having a panic attack. All of the nurses and doctors were extremely patient, caring, kind, and non-judgmental. I felt a bit silly after the fact but each staff member made me feel validated and OK. I was expecting a much worse experience at an ER in the middle of the night, but how I was treated eased all my concerns and made a really terrible experience actually okay.
