Went in for an Emergency injury and later learned that the staff stole my identity and immediately began making purchases in my name.
Got yelled at, had stomach pains and threw up did nothing. Got sent to the psych area and they restrained me for not laying on my bed
I took my mother to the Fatima ER on Saturday, September 27, 2025, and everyone was super nice and professional. She had tripped on a concrete step, hit her chin, and it would not stop bleeding. The intake/check-in women were very nice and calm. They brought her right in to an exam room. The doc/PA was kind, gentle, and thorough. Ordered scans to make sure her head and knee were okay, gave her a tetanus shot, and stitched her up - one on the vein she had hit, 5 on the chin. Told her what to expect, pain and bruising wise. I took my mom to Fatima emergency room today, 9/3/25 and everybody there was so helpful and nice including: Jenn M, Aly, Tania, and Elimerin. Thank you ladies for taking good care of my mom!
