My Grandmother was at OLC for years. Its very clean and the staff are wonderful. The food is good to. The Nurses and aids are caring and compassionate. Its a like a family. The Recreation Dept is outstanding and offer alot of programs. Rehab is great to. All the Departments care very much for the residents. I would put my own parents if I had to.

I gave them 1 Star because the app won't let me give 0 or negative stars. My mother is in the ICU in a medical coma and intibated, barely holding on to life because of the neglect and abuse she received from here.

They don’t care about anything , the aide came in yelling at my mom saying she had to stop ringing the bell. I told her my mom was having stomach problems she said idc and told my mom to go back home and slammed the door on me. She didn’t want to change my mom’s diaper. I talked to the supervisor, but the aide never came to apologize to me or my mom. My mom had a stroke 4 months ago, and she’s unable to move her left side.

Horrible. The nurses and CNAS almost aren’t equipped for this job. My father wants out. The treatment from the staff is very unprofessional. One particular CNA comes in with “glassy eyes”, what my father says. I would like to get in contact with the manager about this one CNA. It’s not okay.

My Mom was here for over a month in the Bethany wing. I was pleasantly impressed with the cleanliness, the nurses and staff in this facility. Everyone I came in contact with was polite and professional. Thank you all for taking good care of our Mom.
