Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away

They seemed to know enough Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, my decisions were always respected Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me
