The nurse skipped me on multiple occasions. I’m very patient person, my headache that I’m experiencing is an 9/10. I know for a fact you could’ve taken me based off what the others you took before told me. And I was here before all of them. Absolutely shot service
They lose all your things when asked to change into a gown... Only pay a quarter of what its worth. Shame on you, and proved that one of the staff stole it!!!!

It may be better for you to just die than go to Lourdes, wait for 48 hours in a cold and dirty hallway with no privacy, be charged tens of thousands of dollars in medical bills, then just die anyway. There is simultaneously a serious staff shortage, an extremely incompetent staff, and serious funding issues in general. The staff are NOT identifiable, nor competent. We were told we were discharged and identified as an entirely different patient. When I told the RN (an RN for gods sake!) my daughter was NOT 'Mary' the RN asked... read more
