The director, Michelle, is an absolute blessing to all the residents. She is the most accommodating person to work with for both residents and their families. The facility is very cozy, just like “home.” I would recommend Our House to anyone looking for assisted living.
My uncle uncle spent his last couple of months living at the assisted care building. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about staff there. They made sure he was well cared for comfortable. I couldn't ask for a more amazing experience. Thank you to all the staff and management that made not only my uncle but my family feel loved when we all needed the most. You all will always be a part of the family.
Under staff and fire people for no good reasons And they don’t treat workers with dignity.
I highly recommend this facility. My family and I stopped for a tour and when we were walking in we noticed everyone was busy serving lunch and were going to come back later but before we all made it threw the doors we were greeted by staff. Which was a great feeling, that they noticed we were there with them being so busy. The director gave us a tour and we sat and talked for about 30 minutes about my mom and her needs and current situation.
