I visit Phoebe once per week and enjoy spending time with her at the facility. We often sit in the dining room and talk with the other residents while enjoying a cup of coffee or some water. The staff is always available and welcoming! I can take her outside in her wheelchair and go up to the pond for a visit with nature. We can go by the fireplace in winter and join Rocky the cockatiel in the sunroom. One of the residents can play the piano and we have had a little singalong! I absolutely love this place!!! The staff is always welcoming and friendly. They care about their residents and you can see that on the smiles they give. The residents always appear happy and relaxed! The facility is always clean and inviting! Hands down the best place in portage!!!
Everyone at Our House became part of our family. We truly appreciated the kind and compassionate staff who gave my mom wonderful personalized care. My mom was always treated with love and respect. It’s a very special place.
