The overnight staff are a joke. Sending an 80 year old man not once, but twice, to the hospital in the middle of night in the freezing cold with nothing but slippers, a t-shirt, and sweatpants. He has a jacket somewhere there, but no one knows what happened to it. His stuff keeps going missing.

Is there a reason I saw an old man walking around, soaked in his own urine, barefoot with open cuts on his feet? Or what about the scratches, bite marks and bruises I can clearly see on multiple of the staff? This new manager is incompetent and has no clue what she is doing. They'd be lucky to pass an inspection by APS or their ombudsman. I beg you. If you need a memory care facility for a loved one, Go anywhere but here. It will only accelerate their death.
Absolutely horrible…. Spent almost two years here at $17 an hour to be doing meds not just Tylenol like (narcotics!) I wasn’t comfortable with but being forced to do so. Taking care of 19 residents ALONE. And being a team lead and on call. Just to find out they were paying people almost 20 an hour. After I put so much time and effort into this place. Was even offered the AD position but they only offered 19 ! Absolute joke if a place. This place is extremely unfair with pay, and you get an UNGODLY amount of pto that they bar... read more
