I really like these guys. When I called them an actual human answered, which was great. He immediately gave me an appointment for the same day. Told me when they would show up. A couple hours later the technician called me. Dave told me exactly when he would be arriving. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in about an hour. And now I can dry my clothes again. I would highly recommend these guys.
Fantastic work! They worked with us to schedule a time that worked for all the units in our building and were really great with everyone as they went through. Lots of surprisingly fun conversations with Peter and the tenants as they thoroughly went thru the building and cleaned the vents. They also did all work pulling out the dryer cleaning check connections and putting back.
Fantastic service and great communication. Technician Grant performed a complete air duct inspection, quality air duct cleaning, professional dryer vent inspection, and excellent dryer vent cleaning. They also explained why dryer vent maintenance is so important.
The ventilation mechanism in my house is operating more effectively than it has in years. Every dryer vent and air duct was thoroughly maintained and inspected by Colby, the technician. He cleaned the entire system and fixed a clogged vent. The cost of cleaning was reasonable and exactly in line with the estimate. To enhance performance, he added a new vent attachment.
