One word. AWFUL. Sofa delivered with damage to the arm. I was told end of the line and no possibility of replacement. Could have another sofa for extra money but no replacement arm. In the end I took $75 refund and hoped damage didn't get worse. Fast forward a few weeks we found why the fabric was damaged. There is a screw if some sort sticking up out of the arm. I love my new couch! It's really lovely quality, especially for the price! I was able to get it home with one box on my roof racks and the other one inside my small SUV, so I saved on delivery costs. I definitely recommend Our Home Furniture; they're very responsive and a pleasure to deal with:)
