unfortunately, I worked here and have first hand knowledge of how this place is handled. the only review I can give is this: If my parents were still alive... I would NEVER consider this facility as an option for their care. you couldn't pay me a million dollars.
I have been working at this place for a month now and I love it. It is now called Magnolia on the Avenue, it is under new management and has wonderful people working their that care about their residents.
Absolutely terrible place, review wont even allow no stars.. they don't even pay their own bills and like to screw over small businesses.. DO NOT bother with these people..
My husband was coming to this facility for daycare at first. Nice facility, at that time, and caring people. I made arrangements for him to begin full time and had given them a deposit the day before. All of a sudden, the day he was to start, they had a change in management. They cut hours to staff so the people he had a relationship with had to leave because they couldn’t get enough hours. The staff that was left were pared down and very young.
