As a former office employee, I enjoyed working for Our Hearts Home Care! I really miss it! It's such a good home care agency! It's organized. Unlike Joytogether Home Care which is where I work now and it's nearby, it's very stressful and disorganized, there's no structure there. Our Hearts Home Care is so much better!
Mind-blowing. Switched to this agency for my father. They were told of the switch ahead of time and confirmed they had available caregivers. The day comes for them to arrive, and no one comes, said they were sending a replacement, no show. Following day, same issue. He needs daily care as a quadriplegic. Now, suddenly, they have no one but for one day this week. This is unacceptable. Do not waste your time with this agency. They will promise one thing, and do the opposite!
