Dr Matt is really good when you actually get to see him but it's really poorly organised. I turned up this morning and it's all closed up. The pharmacist (separate business) advised people have been turning up all day. They mentioned the doctor is on paternity leave but they should send out a text or email to advise you that he can't make it. Called during clinic hours at 2pm only for machine to say the clinic is closed.
The doctor was perfectly running to schedule. Dr Matt was welcoming, polite, knowledgeable and thoroughly addressed any medical issues I had. Highly recommend this practice. Reception also welcoming processes my payment promptly
