Security at this complex following people on the other side of the road to the bus stop as if they own the suburb and anyone with a back pack leaving the spring hill baths is fair game. Suburb is not safe with them there
The doctor I had was unable to see that i had some moles on my head when I reported they were becoming itchy: she told me there are no moles there and its just a common spot to get itchy as the scalp dries… there are miles there tho… not sure why she was so confident to tell me there weren’t when I told her there were and she looked very briefly without magnification. Apparently there is some special rule if you book after 5 pm on Friday there is no medicare rebate as per Doctor arraza if i am not wrong. The opening hours clearly say 8 to 10 pm on Friday. Thats dodgy
I would give zero stars if I could. The Most unprofessional doctors surgery I’ve ever been too. I took my 11 month old baby to see Dr Araceli Arreza in January. The doctor did not turn up on time and I was left out the front of the building in the street in sweltering heat with a fevering baby, no one was answering the practice phone and the receptionist eventually arrived out the front (well past the time of our appt and well past the time the clinic was due to open) but he didn’t have keys to get in and didn’t have the doc... read more
