The girls working up front could 1 - pickup the phone during open hours , 2 not be completely rude when finally getting a hold of people . Completely uncalled for. I cannot wait to change doctors because of the way this office runs itself up front . I have never heard of a doctors office that doesn’t answer any phone calls, ever . And if your thinking of blaming Covid - think again. This was long before Covid .

Had an appointment for 2. Walker in at 2:07. Waited 6 minuets for the receptionist who was on the phone the whole 6 minuets and proceeded to tell me she couldn’t take me cause I was ten minutes late. I wasn’t ten minuets late I was 7 and waited the extra 6 for the receptionist. Poor business
RecommendedI've been coming here for the last few years to see Dr. Eapen. she is a great Dr and a fantastic listener! she listened to what I had to say,my concerns and worries. she did for me what no drhas been able to do for a long time..give me a diagnosis! Then she helped me find a rhuematologist and now with a combination between her care and my rhuematologist care I can move on and have answers! I'm forever grateful! Great Staff, they never keep you waiting.... Always recommend them to my friends and family.
This is my Doctor.... I don't care what else is happening in the world... i'm safe here. Even when they told me to cut down on the gummi bears... they said in such a nice and caring way... i'm on day 3 of gummibear cold turkey.
