Do yourself a favor and skip this practice unless you want to be gaslit and bullied into meds. They are seeking repeat customers nothing else.

Let me start by saying as a doctor I love Dr Cascarina and my whole family has been seeing him for 15+ years. I will no longer be going to this practice because the staff specifically the office manager is rude and dismissive. I was obviously running few min late for unforseen Friday traffic. I called to say I was running late but no one answered so I left a message that if it wasn't ok to please call and id reschedule. The office Manager at this practice is rude and thinks she's a "know it All". It unfortunate because the Doctors especially Doc. Espen Is and always has been one of the best. But the office managers rude and hung up on me when I tried to explain my prescription situation with the new Gov. Bridge program. She claims she knows all but it but didn't even know when it started and tried to tell me it doesn't start till Jan. '27 when in fact it started July of this year '26. Being an old guy I've been to many doctors in my life, but without question Dr Rutkowski is the best doctor I've ever had. He listens to you, doesn't come off as if he's above you. He's very logical. He's not an overreactionist, A trait which I can't stand in a doctor. You will love this doctor's office. Give it a try!.
