I like my doctor and I do believe he's trying to truly help me the only problem is I've been having some heart-related health problems and at the same time I lost my endocrinologist because they went out of business so my doctor refilled my medication but my sugar levels have not dropped below 200 and has been spiking in almost 500 I was very scared at this point because of my heart problem and I got an appointment for 1:00 today after having free admissions testing for another procedure and told them I had a try and get my ... read more
I like these doctors a lot. I also like the front desk staff. I think they're very accommodating and have a good variety at appointments available. I never have a problem there with anything.
The doctors are really nice and thorough but they take on too many patients. You can’t get appointments for months. And the reception staff is so miserable, nasty and unhelpful. They act like you’re committing a crime against them just by calling to make an appointment. They’re constantly trying to rush you off the phone, you can’t get a word in and they don’t care what you have to say. I understand you’re busy and you have a lot of patients but its your job to answer the phones and make appointments.

Wondering if the older woman at the front desk is just spiteful or needs to retire. My boyfriend called a month ago to schedule an appointment as a new patient. She was very rude and short with him, not what we expected to hear from a doctors office at all. Todays the day of his appointment and they are literally closed, i don’t know what kind of business is being run here but the front desk elderly woman is obviously a problem.
