They lied in my chart, refused to send required medical paperwork, ignored my conditions, miscommunicated with every provider, spoke to me disrespectfully, and then illegally patient‑dumped me while I was in active care. This not how your treat a human much less someone very disabled needing care.

If I could give this facility zero stars I would the way I have been treated as a patient since day one is ridiculous. I’ve been seeing them as a patient since the end of 2022. I’ve only been treated about two times in that amount of years due to every time I try to schedule your exit me to do virtual scheduling or the office is closed. Etc . the facility is never open they’re always closed. Francesca chimes is always in Nigeria seeing patients and she has an office here in Dallas but never in office when needed. Dr. Josephine is an amazing Dr and human being, no to mention her husband , they both go above and beyond to help you . I m 66 years old and recommended Top Care Medical Clinic for your medical needs, you won’t regret it.
