Greg did a great job..explaining the problem. VERY NICE
Prior to coming across Greg, at Our Family Fireplace I had already had three fireplace repair appointments. Each representative left without knowing what to do. My fireplace was around 23 years old and not igniting. Each of the previous repair reps mentioned that I needed a specialist. This guy knows his stuff! He put my dream fireplace in my home, it is beautiful! I wish I could have him put one in every room in my home. He built it the way I envisioned it! He was very respectful, and nice, plus he cleaned up after himself, lol. I highly recommend Family Fireplace,
My fireplace has not been igniting and I had called Greg, who is referred by my friend. He was very accommodating to my request and very professional in his service. I loved how he quickly understood the issue and was able to fix it. Haven’t had any issue with it till now.
I spoke with Greg about redoing the look on out outdated fireplace which hadn't operated correctly in years, he immediately diagnosed our problem, came up with a great design and had everything with him to repair and revamp our fireplace on the spot! It now works great and we love it!
