Reserved to rent a trailer a month in advance. Got there and we were told that we can’t have it and that we had to drive to Hendersonville although the trailer we reserved was there . That added another 2 hours to the initial trip of 12 hours we had to make with the trailer. Definitely not returning. I would stay away if you do not want to add more time to your trip just because…
