I overdrafted my account by sheer accident and pretty much had it paid down then they turned off my account even though I have been regularly adding money to my account to get it current. Now I’m gonna end up with fees. Im financially struggling right now and im tired of banks taking advantage of people. I don’t even know where to start and I’m not going to be nice. I’m a OTR truck driver who is states and miles away from home sometimes. I just moved my wife and our family to Elma. My wife on multiple occasions has gone to the Montesano branch and has had NO problems, they are so nice to her. Accommodating, and have never once acted like she’s pooh on a shoe. Treating someone like garbage because of the way they look makes you a bad person.
This is not a four star branch, they are rude to the younger crowd for no reason. I have always been able to tell they judge of off looks. I came in one day dressed for work and was greeted promptly. I came in on my day off dressed for home and was treated like crapp. I was i surprised to hear they’re doing it to someone else.
I went to the bank to cash my check today, and I’m very disappointed with the way I was treated. I have been out of work for over a month, and my wife just had a baby. I explained my situation and asked for a little time before making a payment on a loan I took out prior to these life changes. Instead of showing any understanding, I was told I had to make a payment immediately or they would decline services with me.
