I just gave birth to our first child at Our Community Birth Center, and plan on coming back whenever we decide to grow our family again. I would recommend this birthing center to anyone and everyone! The prenatal care here is top notch. With each appointment, I felt heard and informed as we counseled together on the pregnancy and my plans for the birth. We are all so lucky to have a place like Our Community here in town. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. I intended to give birth at OCBC in 2022 but ended up at the hospital for a planned C section due to breech presentation. Even when I transferred care to the hospital, AlexAnn and the OCBC team were there for me every step of the way, helping me through the experience and providing above and beyond care for me and my baby during a hard several weeks post-surgery. My birthing experience here was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I highly recommend the birth center for all care. Alex Ann and Zoe all the midwives are so fantastic. I felt safe and taken care of during my labor and delivery. It was a calm safe amazing experience and I couldn't be happier with my choice of birthing here. I am incredibly grateful to Our Community Birth Center! I received outstanding prenatal care and delivered my baby at OCBC. My partner and I also attended their birth preparation course before having our first child and felt so much more confident, better informed and prepared as a result.
