I highly recommend Ms. Lindsey at Children’s Health Specialty Center in Allen for pediatric physical therapy! My daughter was breech throughout my entire pregnancy and was later diagnosed with mild torticollis, so her pediatrician referred us here for PT services. Ms. Lindsey was nothing short of phenomenal. She was incredibly patient, caring, friendly, and knowledgeable. Absolutely love the team here! We saw Lindsay and Mallory for physical therapy last year. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. They gave us manageable tasks to work on at home to help our little one along. The front desk are fantastic and always make us feel welcome! They always worked with our schedule and preferences when scheduling appointments.

The staff there is great. But the billing office staff at their main office is rude and unhelpful. Preferred it before when it was Our Children's House Baylor.
