Absolutely love the team here! We saw Lindsay and Mallory for physical therapy last year. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. They gave us manageable tasks to work on at home to help our little one along. The front desk are fantastic and always make us feel welcome! They always worked with our schedule and preferences when scheduling appointments.
The staff there is great. But the billing office staff at their main office is rude and unhelpful. Preferred it before when it was Our Children's House Baylor.
I got on the waiting list in June. Got an evaluation in January. Was able to get an appointment at the end of May. The therapist was friendly and did a good job with my son. However, beware of costs. After the appointment, I asked how much the appointment would be. They estimated about $500 and then about $300 with insurance. I canceled future sessions because I can't afford that! He got handwriting help for an hour. Fast forward, I received the bill. They billed insurance $728 for an hour of handwriting help and I owe $495.... read more
