Owners feel that their concerns and requests are ignored or dismissed and they are not very knowledgeable about the owners corporation act and regulations
I recently sold my property. OBC would not assist the conveyancing solicitors at all. Thankfully as the chair person i was able to obtain the documents myself. What is even more concerning is I still have access to the bank accounts and dispite several attempts to get obc to remove my access to the bank accounts I haven't even had so much as a reply. I could literally withdraw all the sinking fund and the admin fund tomorrow and there would be nothing they could do. I doubt they'd even care. Do not use this company if you ca... read more
