My experience with Our Boat House has been unequivocally the worst I have ever experienced. After months of shipping delays the bed I ordered arrived severely damaged. Numerous attempts to contact the company went unanswered. The one time I spoke to someone, they said the bed was scheduled to be picked up. Nobody called. Nobody showed up.
