This is a nice facility but woefully understaffed…. And understaffing leads to long wait times and not-so-friendly workers. I’m so sad to say that I’ve scheduled to give platelets here twice (because it’s closer to home) and neither was a very good experience. Definitely makes one reluctant to return. I highly recommend going to Tulsa over this location until they can get their staffing issues worked out.
I come here frequently on Saturdays to donate platelets. The weekend team is always awesome! Autumn and Karley are great and are always so nice. If you want to donate, this is the place to do it!
