Great experience! Place was very clean and all the employees were very polite and helpful. The whole experience was very comfortable and enjoyable. Each station has a TV and some headphones to keep you entertained, if you need it. There is also a snack bar if you're hungry. My procedure was over an hour long and I had no issues throughout the experience. I highly recommend this location if you're planning to donate. I'll be visiting as often as possible.
Place is great! Very clean, people I spoke with were very professional answered any questions I had. They told me exactly what they were doing with every step. Super friendly group.
They were extremely rude!! Very unprofessional!!! Make sure you get doctors approval first before going. I won’t be back
Love this place and all the good they do for us!! I have been coming here weekly to donate platelets (used for patients getting chemotherapy). The best way to describe how great the staff is..it's like going to bar (minus the alcohol) with my friends...they remember my name as I walk in the door... and then after I'm set up it's either chill to myself in a comfy chair with seat and arm warmer...tv's and head phones, snacks and beverages (non-alcoholic)...or chatting with my newly made friends...
