Staff was professional, attentive, and prompt.
Very nice facility; pleasant and friendly staff; very comfortable space.
I have donated blood and platelets here many times. Friendly staff and a very nice cheerful facility for donors. I've gone to donation drives at area mobile units and gymnasiums, too, but the OBI facility in Broken Arrow is the best.
