Paul and Vanya have been extremely helpful and giving of their knowledge
Highly recommend Paul at our apothecary, he has been helping me so much with my gut issues I’ve never been to a better natruapth who actually knows what he’s doing. Do yourself a favour and go and visit Scarborough Wellness! I have received help from Vanya for numerous issues relating to a boosting a low immune system and fatigue after childbirth, plus anxiety issues, and also with my son for attention and focus problems. Alternatively, my partner has gone in to see Paul for assistance with stress issues and we both noticed a remarkable difference after using Paul’s Stress Less herbal medicine. Cannot recommend them both highly enough!
Thoroughly recommend Scarborough Wellness! Vanya's helped me through some tough times with her calming, comforting (and delicious!) teas and tinctures, which have greatly eased my stress and overwhelm.
