Overall decent experience! Pros: I would give my hair an 8 out of 10. Super cute at first glance! Con’s: The back middle braids were not braided to my waist like I asked and was quoted. It was clear she took a short cut where I wouldn’t notice. Also within 2-4 weeks the entire bottom row of braids slipped out (4/5). Some of my braids were not neatly braided at the end. Oumy literally saved the day! They shop I normally went to in Greensboro literally waited till I got there at my appointment time to let me know that the owner didn’t set a reminder for my appointment and she didn’t have any braiders at the shop and for some reason she couldn’t do my hair! Braids were not braided down to the ends and unraveled the same day. Also did not receive the style I asked for (medium knotless).Will not be returning.
I remember receiving services in a location same building behind Liberty Street so I was overwhelmed when I did a walk-in they relocated same building Liberty Street side. very nice! I was excited and happy for Oumi. I did not see Oumi which that was OK. Came in there for a braided medium bob I didn’t ask for knotless I didn’t ask for BOHO (Xtra) 100. I’ve been to this shop a few times and want to give a fair review. First, the braids are BEAUTIFUL. The stylists are very talented and the styles always come out neat and exactly how you ask. The shop itself is clean and beautiful, and Mrs. Oumy is very professional. She checks in on every customer and inspects the braiders’ work when she’s there, which I really appreciate.
