Chantel is a good person and seems to know what she’s doing—but unfortunately, the other workers at this salon are extremely rude and unprofessional. If they don’t know how to do a style, instead of communicating that, they get upset and defensive. Washed, dried, and got mini twists in my hair! My hair is really thick and Chantal did amazing! Will be coming back! 💕

I got to my appointment 10 minutes early. I called the shop and text the hairstylist and got no reply. I even called from another number. No answer it's now 1 hour and 4 minutes later. I called a Uber here and have been sitting outside. Til now it's still no reply. Unprofessional and inconsiderate!!
