I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I needed to share my experience. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told there would be an extra charge to wash my hair. I completely understand that businesses have their own pricing and policies, and I wasn’t upset about that. I even explained that I had a budget and, if it cost more than I expected, I would just reschedule for another day. That wasn’t the issue. They had gospel music i loved that but the lady doing your hair is very rough especially if your hair is nappy and it was freezing in that place not to mention i think she started to complain about my hair in a different language.
