I went to Oula for my first pregnancy. In the beginning, the experience wasn’t perfect, but it was acceptable. Their system is disorganized—every time I saw a new provider, I had to answer the same questions I had already addressed. It was annoying, but manageable. I’m 35 weeks pregnant and went in for an appointment today. I was 18 minutes late because their preferred partner – Mount Sinai West, kept me for 2.5 hours for a one hour appointment due to some complications. I contacted Olua to let them know. Oula is amazing!!! The midwife Dr Kendall is the best! Made my wife's experience the best she felt safe and Dr Kendall was very compassionate, caring, and patient. I recommend this place to anyone and i recommend everyone to have their baby delivered by Dr Kendall shes the best and the staff was amazing too!
