Worst customer service experience ever. Unfortunately, I cannot give zero stars or I would. They are so rude and inconsiderate. They do not care to help you out and only care about making as much money as possible off of you. You have to pay tens of thousands of dollars in tuition each year and then have to deal with this office on top of that. It's reassuring to know that they do not care to help you when you need it, it must be because they use all their effort to ensure that the citation system is functioning flawlessly.
Needs more handicap spots.
All they do is give you tickets to try and make themselves feel important 🫠
The stuff was very rude when I applied for a parking limit. The worst service I have ever seen.
Same as all the above. Imagine working over 40 hours a week trying to keep patients alive and get a ticket for parking with your tires on the line without impeding anyone as there were no parking spots on the other side.
