The OU Health Science Center parking system is a complete scam. We paid hundreds of dollars for a permit that’s basically worthless because there is NEVER any parking available. What’s the point of selling permits if you don’t provide spaces? Instead, we’re forced to park in metered or no-parking zones and then get slapped with tickets on top of it. It feels like a money grab at the expense of students who are just trying to get to class. Extremely frustrating, unfair, and unacceptable.

I was transferred multiple times, then put on hold because the lines were busy, just for someone to answer and tell me the lines were busy and ask if I want to leave a message. Why make me wait on hold just to answer and tell me the lines are busy? The robot voice told me that already and I had already been waiting. At that point just leave me on hold so I can talk to someone?
Absolutely horrible hospital.. the nurses and doctors are fabulous but the police are total imbeciles!! They gave me a parking violation for parking in visitor parking WHERE I WAS SUPPOSED TO PARK because my daughter was having surgery there!!! I even had my parking validated!! When I called the 4052717032 number to ask why they would ticket my freaking car the lady with a thick accent got snappy and said “employees aren’t allowed to park there” and I snapped back IM NOT AN EMPLOYEE NOR HAVE I EVER BEEN… she tells me her sup... read more
Ticket your own contractors that here to perform vital emergency services after told to park on a loading dock because all the parking spaces were coned off. I'm not.paying the ticket 👍🏻
