I was a patient of Dr. Ouellette's in January of 2017. I went to three separate appointments, and I can safely say that Dr. Ouellette and his staff seem competent & professional. However, three impressions (molds) were taken for a future crown during my last appointment, and I was only informed that the last impression would not work after leaving the office. After many years with my currant dentist....I've had to find a new dentist because my insurance changed and my currant dentist was not in the network. After reviewing several, I called Dr. Ouellette's office and was greeted by a very nice & sweet receptionist named Jessica. I already could feel the anxiety leave me, of having to go to a new dentist. I set an appointment for teeth cleaning and a broken tooth. My teeth were cleaned by the nicest Hygienist named Diedre.
