Best time of year when the greenhouse opens! The staff are super friendly and so welcoming. Johnathan was extremely helpful and took the time to help us pick the right trees for our needs and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for!
So I tried to order soap online which is offered on the website I was told by a very ignorant manager Johnathan that the product is only available for in store pick up and there was no place online to even order this product from them which is odd because I filled out the online form then it says to contact the store for shipping details which I did I was told that there is no form I told him I just filled it out ??? While going in Jonathan one of the owners assured me that if I took the measurements of my two 12 by 12 rooms in my 15 by 20 room hallway that he would do the math and see how much flooring I needed to complete these sections he sold me twice as much flooring as I needed blamed me for having my math wrong when I actually did not calculate it then charged me a 10% restocking fee so I actually paid more than regular price for this flooring my advice if you're going to get somebody to do your math at Castle don't get Jonathan t... read more
These lady's know there stuff!!! Very helpful, we couldnt find a certain item and she called the other local store in town for us without even asking. Sent us in the right direction :)
A well-supplied small town building supply store, somewhat pricey, but being the only game in town, it's to be expected. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, well organized store, and plenty of parking
