Very professional and respectable company, I needed some jewelry appraised for insurance and felt Craig did a wonderful job. The store is clean, and had some great conversations while I waited for the appraisal. Pricing is fair and reports are very detailed, included photos and additional copies. Would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for their services.
Mr. Lynch was very professional and approachable, easy to work with. Although none of my gemstones we're of appraisal value, he took the time to share knowledge and offered experienced advice. On top of all that, he did not charge me as he was unable to offer an appraisal. I very much appreciated his time. Thank you.
Mr. Lynch was very kind and accommodating when looking at some jewelry items I had inherited from my parents. They were costume as I suspected. I was prepared to pay for his opinion but he said there was no charge. Very unexpected and generous. I would 100% recommend his services.
