I don't know the artist's name, but he is a horrible artist. I asked for a crescent moon on my hand and it looks like a toddler did it. It also scarred me horribly. I am getting it removed because of how awful it looks. He had no reason to make it so deep. I have a hypertrophic scar for a tattoo. Thanks.
