The office keeps billing the wrong insurance. Voicemail for billing tells me person is unavailable and mailbox is full. If you do manage to get a person on the phone, they transfer you to an unavailable extention or just hang up.

Dr Ouais is dedicated to his patients. He is thorough and compassionate. He spends as much time as necessary to examine you and answer your questions. He has been treating my diabetes for several years. I recommend him whole heartedly.

Won't answer the phone, won't return phone calls. Been trying to get a hold of him for over a year. Called his other office, they said I'd have to come in as a new patient. Said they're not affiliated with that other office and don't care that I've already been seeing him.

The Office staff at the Kingwood location are the worst. I have been a patient for 5 years. I received a text message that I had an appointment at 1100am. When I arrived, they told me it was cancelled. I never received any notification about a cancellation. I was missing work to come to my appointment. While showing my disapproval, I was told that if I do not like it, I can always go to another Doctor.
