RecommendedOuachits Valley has always been a nice and professional bank. When my husband passed away I went to WM branch where Rhonda Lebrun took excellent and personal care of our business. I do miss the OV on the east side, for convenience. You certainly can’t find a bank like this anywhere in the Monroe area!

RecommendedI love this credit union! I've use the locations on Well Road, Nachitoches St and 165 and everyone is always very friendly. I have to say my favorite is Well Road. They are also very community involved. Rather than use my credit union for a loan for a boat, I used this one because the interest rate is lower. I would highly recommend them. I would change from my credit union to this one but I have checks that are direct deposits and it takes 2 to 3 months to get them changed to another bank..
