We rented a honeymoon cabin and it was very clean, very private, beautiful setting in the woods. Just a short walk downhill and you’re at an amazing calm pool on the Quachita River.
We had the pleasure of meeting Casey the new owner. I believe he’s going to do a great job. He’s got a great little boy that loves delivering firewood to us. We found tens of miles of very easy ATV trails right out of the resort. A leisurely, extremely easy trail riding.Ride your ATV Right out of your redort into beautiful mountains up to nearly 1300 feet.

I love this place so much I’d buy it if I could, so that being said.....if anyone has $525k that I can borrow let me know because it’s actually for sale!!! They’ve been here for 15 years and ready for a much needed break, but it definitely don’t show, they definitely put a lot of work into this property and from what I’ve seen as a customer that they enjoy doing it!! Jan even saves the turtles 🐢 trying to cross the dirt road, Mick (Jans son-in-law) will stop (during our shuttle pick up from day 2 float) and watch the deer as they cross the fields too!! Laurie is awesome too, Jans daughter, she rode with us on day 1 in our own vehicle, dropped us off and drove our truck and trailer back to the resort for us!! I didn’t get Jans husbands name but the kids rode back with him on our day 2 float (since we went down river from the resort on day 2) and they got to hear some adventurous stories from him as well!!

Super pretty campgrounds, and Mrs. Jan & the rest of the crew were so kind and helpful!!! They went out if their way to help show hospitality!!!

This spacious cabin overlooks the Ouachita River and can accommodate a group of 14 people. On the first floor there is a bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is a loft bedroom that contains two queen-size beds, double bunk beds, twin trundle beds and a half bath.
