Debbie Fairless and all her staff are always professional and courteous. I have always been able to get an appointment in a timely manner. My family just loves them. Will continue to go there. If you ever have any issues, the office manager is always able to resolve any issues and is a very nice lady as well as the rest of the staff. They make you feel like your at home.
My experience with Mrs.zinke and her nurse was great. My experience with the office manager was horrible. She fired me for missing an appointment I didn't schedule. I asked her to account for this discrepancy and she wouldn't!! She was supposed to start the process of scheduling an MRI for me and never did get it scheduled or call to inform me that she hadn't.....she had 4 months to do so.
