After a heavy rain we lost power. Within an hour crews had power restored except for my neighbor and I, who are on a separate line. Not long after, crews began to show up with equipment to detect our problem. It was cold, wet and muddy, but Richard Freeland and those crews found the problem and fixed it that night in the dark. The people that work at Ouachita are professional and do a great job. The lady that took my service call was knowledgeable and very polite. The gentleman was at my place super quick , found the problem and fixed it . I wasn’t home so he called me and explained it was a neutral problem. Thank you Ouachita Co-op!
Had to change my review. 1 To 5 starts. Called from them to cut a tree on my power line to the house and street light. And they came in 10 mintues to come cut it. Guy did a great job and cleaned his work. Thank u. He needs a raise.
