I started training at Ouachita Combat several years ago, and looking back, it has been a true anchor in my life. I originally joined for the exercise and the practical need to learn how to defend myself and others, but I gained so much more than that. This academy helped me work through significant health issues and navigate through mental troubles, providing a path to get my physical health back on track.
