Dr.Ou was a very kind ,professional and knowledgeable Specialist ;Shirley was a cool lady who was responsible for running the office in all aspects but if you left her a message for doctor advice ,she would get back to you, better than my family doctor, couldn't even leave a message at all;Ginny was a caring lady who always comfort you not to worry that ease your nervousness. The reception staff was extremely impatient and unprofessional. I genuinely don’t understand how someone with that attitude could be the receptionist for an OB office that deals with pregnant patients every day. When I called to get clarification about my test results, she abruptly hung up on me and kept repeating, “I already told you,” instead of actually answering my question.
