The girl answering the phone is extremely rude and racist!!! Went in person for an appointment and said they didn’t take united health care so I changed to Humana and said they same thing. Absolutely the worst experience with a health care provider. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for healthcare. I was diagnosed with kidney stones in late March and referred to this place for follow up and treatment. I called the following day to schedule an appointment. The lady who answered was extremely rude for no reason at all, told me there was no referral and she has no idea what I’m talking about. Dr Slobodov and his Urology team are awesome. The care they provided was excellent.
John Doolittle has been the worst dr I've ever encountered. He has no life in his eyes and just seems to hate his life and yours. He is the type of Dr. that only cares about his paycheck and not his patients. If you want to feel like you're hated, then by all means, go with Doolittle. Not only is he a soulless individual, but he also failed at being a surgeon with my surgery, and now im having to find a real specialist.
Try calling lady just ignores my call in urology because I don't have a million bucks
