If you want to be treated with dignity and respect, and have a humanizing experience - I highly recommend this urology practice. I converted from SSM and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. The girl answering the phone is extremely rude and racist!!! Went in person for an appointment and said they didn’t take united health care so I changed to Humana and said they same thing. My referral expired, I GOT ANOTHER REFERRAL AT THE SAME LOCATION. Called and said I was in the water view location, transferred my call and the lady at water view said everything is in downtown ou…. Absolutely the worst experience with a health care provider. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for healthcare. I was diagnosed with kidney stones in late March and referred to this place for follow up and treatment. I called the following day to schedule an appointment. The lady who answered was extremely rude for no reason at all, told me there was no referral and she has no idea what I’m talking about.
