Dr Krempl is the best Head and Neck surgeon ever. I have seen doctors at Memorial Sloan Kettering and MD Anderson and he is by far the best in every way. He is professional, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable about his field. There is a very fine line as a cancer doctor with being direct vs scaring patients and he juggles this perfectly. Dr Krempl was my cancer doctor 9 years ago. He came highly recommended and he was very helpful and compassionate about my stage 2 tongue cancer. He and his team performed a 12-14 hour surgery and helped me during my 9 day stay in the ICU at OU. I would highly recommend Dr Krempl to anyone!
Had an allergic reaction to some pain meds, and after 7 days he still refused to change it. Spoke with 5 nurses over 7 days and they promised they would call it in immediately. I have bone and inoperable ear cancer and here I set with still no pain meds. I would steer clear of this guy. Very non compassionate.
Dr. Krempl is so kind and caring. He takes the time to explain things and also leaves time for questions.
Just got off the phone with ENT dept. and they are telling me that they have no ENT doctors there at OU. I was referred originally to them for a lipoma that is 6.x3.5x2 cm on my right paratoid gland and OU ENT physicians sent me to OU ENT Oncology department and I was asked by Oncology how I ended up over to them. At any rate if you have SoonerCare and are under the advantage waiver program you are put on the back burner when it comes to treatment.
