Really upset just saw Dr. BURK today brought Disco Gram and a CT. Scan and writen reports so he can see evidence I needed 5 Disc fusion, he never reviewed either one , instead reviewed MRI from 2024 that doesn't show enough and how I know it was never reviewed they didn't give me my 2 Disc back after walking out ,I walked back in asked at front desk to get my Disc back ,lady came back said that he's downloading them now and they would mail to me !!!
