Ive had many problems with OU not getting scheduling correct, and it seems to be straight across the board. I was referred to Dr Nguyen, and I had virtual appointments, but his staff NEVER followed through with scheduling. I scheduled MRIs and was informed that he wasnt available for in person appointments except for specific times.
