I left a message yesterday 4/29/19 to schedule a new patient appointment because I am having possible DVT complication from a previous DVT and no one has contacted me. So I tried to call again today 4/30/19 and I have been waiting on the phone for someone to answer for nearly 20 minutes!!!! Still no answer. Just their automated "all our representatives are still busy". Absolutely ridiculous! I have worked in clinics and very busy ones at that. This is horrible service to start possible new patients off with. I'll go elsewher... read more
